BackerCity is the world’s largest Community for crowdfunding Backers. BackerCity members can get special rewards on various amazing crowdfunding projects.
For members:
Feel free to back the projects you like as usual, and after the campaign, we will work with the project creator to identify your membership and make sure you will get the special reward in a timely manner.
For project creator:
Submit your project with special reward for our members. If approved, we will promote your project for you for FREE. The acceptance also gives you access to your own project dashboard , where you can monitor the performance of your project within community as well as other useful tools to help you better manage your backers, survey and shipment tracking.
Survey is one of the FREE tools BackerCity provides to project creators. By using the Survey tool, creators can easily create survey to meet their campaign’s need, collect and manage response from each of your backers. Creators design the survey, we do the heavy lifting for creators and creators will never have to worry about any miscommunication through email exchange.
Go to the Survey page by clicking on the link provided by your project creator, input your email address and click on the “Start Your Survey” button.
Please make sure to use the same email address you used to register your Indiegogo or Kickstarter account for your survey, otherwise you will get the “backer not found” error message.
There are three steps in the Survey:
Step 1:
Select the number of the product units you have backed.
Please make sure you choose the exact same number as the number of units you have backed.
Step 2:
Answer the questions created by your project creator.
Note: If you choose 2 product units in step 1, then you will need to answer the same question for each unit you have chosen. You can select the same answer or different answer.
Step 3:
Confirm your shipping address.
Yes, just do the survey again, and we will send your new answer to your project creators.
That is handled directly by your project creator. BackerCity operates independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline.
